As a company, we often have vacancies within our projects for a variety of roles, days and nights. Our staff are all trained to a high standard with both internal and external training courses/workshops. We ensure they have all compulsory training within the first month, Safeguarding, Boundaries, Lone Working, Confidentiality and Whistleblowing.
We continue training to ensure all support staff have the opportunity to learn about the issues of our clients: Addiction, Mental Health etc and the practical aspects of all paperwork used within the projects.
