Complaints and compliments

Pivotal always aims to deliver the best possible service. We welcome complaints and compliments as they help us do this.

Complaints alert us when something is not working as well as it should. We always strive to address them promptly and to the satisfaction of the complainant where this is practical and possible.

Compliments tell us when we are getting things right and enable us to let our colleagues know they are delivering a high standard of service.

Our Complaints and Compliments Policy & Procedure does not address complaints between colleagues.
