We need flexible willing individuals to cover sickness and holidays within our projects. Various shifts in Bournemouth and Poole projects, days and waking nights.
Personal Qualities:
Empathic non-judgmental attitudes, ability to work on own initiative, and the desire to support others. Comfortable to work with diversity and show compassion yet remain professional, with a good understanding of boundaries: The ability to remain calm under pressure, and be a team player.
Job role:
you will be providing person centred support, which is focused on promoting life skills and independence. To support service users to develop self-esteem, confidence, and emotional well-being. On a day to day basis our service users experience personal challenges with mental health/ addiction / homelessness etc. so if you would like to join our dedicated team to empower our service users to move forward with positive change to their lives and working towards resettling into the community after an unsettled way of life.
Driving Licence is essential
No experience needed however is desirable
Training will be given
