At Pivotal Homes we provide a bespoke service to meet the needs of the people we support. We have the experience and specialist knowledge necessary to assist people with a wide range of care and support requirements.
Working together with a range of local partners and service providers we ensure an integrated approach to care and support, specialising in supporting people with:
- Learning disabilities
- Complex & challenging behavioural needs
- Asperger’s syndrome
- Mental health disorders (e.g. bipolar, obsessive compulsive disorder)
- Physical disabilities
- Profound and multiple disabilities
- Sensory loss
- Age-related needs
- Difficulties following being victims of abuse
We also provide private care and support services including housing, support, domiciliary care and outreach support to people living in the community.
Sometimes we just visit to support people to remain independent. For example, we may assist with food preparation, cleaning, bill paying, managing medication and health appointments and access to community links.
At Pivotal Homes we work closely alongside, and accept referrals from, family members, Social Services, Health Services, GPs, Advocates, Appointees and any other relevant key professionals and stakeholders.
If you would like to make a referral – or simply want to know more about our services and the support options available – please contact Sharon Smith or Paul Stapleford on 01202 306070.
