Following the opening of Merrivale Road and the fantastic work we have done with the Plymouth Commissioners, they reached out to recommend that we apply for the Michelmore Property Awards.
The Michelmore Property Awards celebrate the best property, development and construction projects across the South West, bringing together all those who contribute to the region’s exciting property, real estate and construction sectors. The Awards, which have long-championed sustainability and innovation, place social, environmental, sustainable and economic values at the heart of its judging criteria. These attributes are considered to be just as important as a project’s aesthetics and purpose.
Following our application, one of the judges attended Merrivale Road to have a look at the scheme and talk through the project, the regeneration of the local area and the young people this property is supporting and we are extremely pleased to announce that we have now been shortlisted for Residential Project of the Year.
