We are currently developing a supported living scheme in Roche, Cornwall due for completion at the end of February this year.
Located within the heart of Roche village (6 miles north of St Austell) we’re renovating the property on behalf of the Brandon Trust, a charity which exists to enable people with learning disabilities and autism to live life in a way they choose.
We’re creating 10 self-contained units and communal hub for residents plus an office for the Brandon Trust staff. In the local vicinity is Roche Rock, from which its town’s name is derived as well as the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan.
