Building work is underway at a new scheme in Plymouth, Devon we are developing on behalf of Plymouth City Council. The smart 12 self-contained unit scheme is being built with posi-joist technology (joists which combine the lightness of timber with the strength of steel) and is being made suitable for adults living with mental health difficulties and set to open in April 2023.
